This week was a long week that was full of meetings. We had zone conference, language conference, mission leadership council, zone council all this week. It was so long and some were kind of boring but something that I learned is that comparing ourselves is a common problem especially among missionaries. This week was Thanksgiving and we visited our recent convert Pam and her husband Paul. They have a beautiful house and Paul will be getting baptized this month! We then ate dinner with a member in our ward and the food was so good. This Thanksgiving was definitely better than last year lol. If yall didn't know already, there are people going back to their OG missions which means that maybe I might go back but we will see. We had 3 exchanges this week and they were great. I definitely learned a lot from each of them and I saw a lot of miracles with each of them as well. This week we will have 2 baptisms for our investigators!! Cheeehooo!! The first is on Friday at 1 pm with Pam and the 2nd is on Saturday at 5 pm with Charlie. They are so excited and we are so excited! It has been a hard process but they are finally here! This week we had an activity with the young woman and we bought them WWJD bracelets but when they arrived the first time... Someone stole them! We are hoping that once they find out what WWJD stands for then they will convert and be baptized lol. This week we also met with a man that I met on Facebook. He is a colorful man and has a lot of piercings and tattoos on his face. We taught him the plan ...

Halloween was a blast and we carved some sick pumpkins. I have a new companion: elder Featherstone and he's amazing. I wanted to express the importance of members and the power that you all possess. Your testimonies are powerful and you all bring a spirit that can't be denied. Because of members we got three people to church. Because of members we put a 13 year old kid on date for baptism. Because of members we had a bomb lesson about the book of Mormon and got a hug from it too. You members need to do missionary work. You don't need to be a missionary to share the gospel. You don't need to wear the badge to talk about christ and invite others to follow him. You don't need the missionary clothes to attract attention to yourself of why you glow. I hope you were all able to see the hand of God as well. This week was an amazing week full of miracles and some sad news. This week we had a man call us out of the blue and ask us if we could do some family history with him during week. We set it up for the very next day and he loved it and we are meeting with him again tomorrow. We also had a lesson with a less active lady who wants to come back to church and we had an amazing spiritual lesson with her and her sons. After the lesson she disclosed to us that she wanted her son to take the lessons and be baptized. We also had a lesson with some investigators that we've been working with forever. I am going to go straight into my spiritual thought because one I don't have much time today and two I want to say a lot about it. In the Saturday afternoon session of general conference, elder William K Jackson talked about our native cultures. We all come from different cultural backgrounds right? Wrong. We are all apart of the same culture which is the culture of God! Before we came into our earthly families we were apart of God's heavenly family and we are still apart of it. Our culture is the gospel of Jesus Christ and that will never change. This culture has no race, no gender, no hate, no judging eyes. This culture is perfect, loving, filled with joy and happiness.
